lol yes he is girl, yes he is, a national icon if you will.  do you like his outfit in the photos posted to this thread? he is literally wearing roberto cavalli's aaliyah dress as a sweater top with a matching belt on his stomach, slay king!

Jean-François Stinco (born August 22, 1975) known professionally as Jeff Stinco, is a French-Canadian singer-songwriter, guitarist, pianist, actor, and restaurateur. He is currently the lead guitarist of Simple Plan.

jeff was also a solo singer at some point in the 90s, his solo music slapped more than simple plan's stuff. ripped me out is still a banger tho, not gonna lie

if you're referring to jeff stinco, he had solo music in the 90s that is now stolen by minority 905 claiming his songs to be their own right now at this moment, and i do admit jeff totally ate in that outfit, the belt on his stomach looks so great on him, plus the dress is meant to be changed into a sweater too. so jeff slayed right there and happy birthday to him always and forever ;)
