Jimbo gave his deposition and Rosengart dropped the ball on it which is why he wanted another one and was denied.

Tri Star didn't play apart as Britney's conservators James Spears did which is why he had Britney committed and drugged on lithium.

They been avoiding depositions because they refused to turn over all the files and info properly, Jimbo was supposed to get that stuff over and he's been making a mess of it all.

Tri Star is at fault for sure, but there are other big players starting with her actual conservator James Parnell Spears.
