Blur - Explicit Version

Randomly just listened to Blur on Apple Music and it is now the explicit version? I’ve never heard this version before? There is no “E” next to the album title either…

For those who don't have Apple Music.  I loved the song before, and now I love it MORE.  Britney and Danja never miss.

I have never heard the explicit version but I love it. Does this version sound a little different than the album version as far as the vocals to anyone else (minus the explicits)?

It's the Dolby Atmos version which "expands on existing surround sound systems by adding height channels, allowing sounds to be interpreted as three-dimensional objects with neither horizontal nor vertical limitations."

In my country it’s still not in Dolby yet and I don’t know why 

The album has the Dolby sign, however all songs play in Lossless except for Radar plays in Dolby.
