POM Tour was so weird

They milked a 5 year old show into a tour with a cheap 4ss structure. She also worn the worst outfits of her career.

But what makes me the most intrigued is the fact that she performed in a little venue for 1,883 people.

Did they underestimate her potential? A few months before she had her 2nd biggest tour attendance ever in Tel Aviv (57,500).

I think everyone who posted videos from this tour on youtube should delete them

I think the issue was they weren’t utilizing her well since ff and so nobody was really paying attention at that point, she had the fans to fill maybe 5-10k capacity arenas but not quite a 12-20k seat arena. It was relying on her fans to know there’s a tour. That’s why they did 2-3 dates in smaller venues

it's really weird as to why they did that, but it's not unnormal either. xtina and mariah did that when they brought their residencies on the road. my guess is that it's easier and cheaper (most of these venues are run by hotel/casinos and i heard it's cheaper to hold shows at these types of places cause they have more crew and equipment already made at less extra cost for them to set up a show, plus probably free/discounted hotels for all the dancers staying there)

The reason she performed in smaller venues in the US is likely due to contractual reasons with Caesars and MGM. It's a form of exclusivity, and the same reason why the POM Tour completely missed the West Coast of the US. Overseas those contract stipulations don't apply which meant she could perform in larger venues.

I saw two shows in AC NJ and it was unbelieveable. I had third row center and it was life changing lol although now I feel terrible for feeling that way because she was forced to work against her will

Knowing what we know now, I do look at this time completely differently, but I cannot say they underestimated Britney. She sold out Europe in minutes.

I saw her at 1st NYC show. It was literally all fans. So much fun..

I attended her final show in Austin, TX at Circuit of the Americas.  The stage was quite small, its surreal that I saw her last performance before **** hit the fan.

Artists like Britney can fill an arena even if they dont release an album. Its not only the fans going to the show! Just like how Madonna sold out all over the world with her new tour, even though she has no new music, and shes extremely hated today.
