Lindsay Lohan moved to Dubai and loves it there.

Yes, I am sorry to say this, but this feels very similar to 2007 to me they way things are going. It feels like it is only a matter of time until one of her "loved ones" tries to "help her" again (for a mere payment of a few thousends dollars a month no doubt). The legal system in California is unable and unwilling to protect her. If I was her I would get the hell out.

Yes. Even for a limited time would make a difference. She could go to the UK, Sam could get work in the film industry there, and when they need sun, it's a short distance away.

It's just painful to see them target Britney again, and every step backward Judge Penny takes seems to send the message that the campaign is working.
