Britney lost her iconic features once she started overdoing the fun stuff and getting cheap lip fillers in 2013.

 you cant compare the pics if you're using a picture of her thats obviously AIRBRUSHED 

and second,

She's 41 now.

She aint gonna look exactly the same especially with all her unnecessary plastic surgery.

The eye shape is the same, where in FF and Xfactor her eyes were very droopy, but that could have been from the crap meds, maybe? Either way her eyes are her best feature and they look the same now.
