I’m ready for new Kesha tunes. I feel High Road was underrated, I loved it and it’s still in regular rotation for me.  Being a Kesha fan is a bit of a lonely club atm though

The answer is MONEY - no promo = no popularity. Actually the same can happen to your queens Dua/Ava - they are "so popular" just because their label spent at them money. Without $ they are forgotten fast.
