Well, it’s November 28th somewhere in the world and that means Circus is officially 14 years old!

I was a wee high schooler and Circus was there for me my freshman year!

Circus, Kill the Lights, Blur, Amnesia, If U Seek Amy, Phonography, and Unusual U still slap to this day!

I admit I judged this album a bit too harshly, it was almost impossible to top Blackout. it’s still a solid album, but I would def have swapped out some of the standard album tracks (Out From Under, Mmm Papi, My Baby) with the bonus tracks.

Circus is my second favorite album, next to Blackout. Perfect stepsister albums.

How exciting was to hear Womanizer for the first time

 

I don't remember it anymore,

Actually I just remember some radio clip or something 

Now I think it has this industrial type of sound like when you're opening a factory, turning the lights on like you're not ready for what is coming, and it's also a very Cinderella sequel in my head

The times happy feelings that this song gave me hearing in public and loud with friends,

so good!

I remember Lady hearing Unusual You for the first time on a plane and loving it

Oh my goodness, Circus! The Circus! This album turned me into a fan; when Womanizer came out I was 12 yo?! My gayness jumped and never moved since! Also, there was this ‘bad boy’ of my class who blasted Womanizer every break.
