Learned something new, I'm not a millennial, I'm a xilenial

I was always under the suspicions, I was a millennial. 

But I'm not, I'm a xilenial. 

If you are born between 1977-1984 you are classified as a xilenial. 

I grew up in the last decade of analog technology. I grew up around the CDs and VHS, music cassette. 

I also am the last era that went outside and played for hours. 

My world didn't evolve around computers or technology. I could survive without all that, where reports suggest that future generations beginning with Millennials can't live a life without technology. Cos they are the first generation that actually grew up in the digital and internet world, which Generation Z is involving in more out with the 9 to 5 jobs, work my own hours, my own business, I'm my only employer. 

Someone said the xillenials have the best of both worlds, we cAn enjoy life unplugged and love our analog equipment and self teach ourselves on modern technology than generations prior to us.
