Given Kanye west Mental health Bi-polar and other do you think he should be allowed to run for presidency ?? Not to offend anyone who is bi polar ( i am ) but given he recently refused medical and personal help wat guarantees such will not happen if he wins and how will his mood swings ( which apparently are extremely extreme) will affect his decisions ..

Should mental health be a must screen for by candidates who run for presidency or shud not be ???
