Nothing has changed with Paula Abdul she had a very long break and couldn't dance due to many set backs and returned on tour and slayed.

Those people practiced for weeks for one dance. Their partners are always professional dancers. Of course it looks good even with no experience.

Unpopular opinion: Although this is better than any POM choreography, I don’t think she hits her marks that well. She used to be so sharp and now her arms kind of just wail everywhere.

 

But, I still take this over POM anyday.
