We can call Britney lazy all we want, but her team's laziness is incomparable 

 

Take this 2011 video for example:

They're so freaking cheap that they used the EXACT track for Britney from the tour, INCLUDING the sound from the wings opening (at 4:26). 

OK, you can't prerecord, OK you can't change the mix, but you can't even delete the stem with that sound of the wings, when they're obviously not there? 

I mean come on. We all know Britney is not giving her best, but her image and the remixes and overall the music is done by a lot more people, not only Britney. They should really put more effort into what they do. A LOT of effort from her team + not much effort at all from her = Circus era (which resulted nice costumes, spectacular show, etc.) A lot of effort from her + none from her team = Amazing energy and dancing ala 2016ney, fugly outfits, stupid stage, recycled props, etc.

Yeah. And they are the perfect match for Britney 'cause at the end of the day she is the one who does it with her own hands. She could and should fire 'em and yet she's not smart enough to do it.

lol she cant fire her team, she's under a conservatorship. Her career is managed by Larry and papa spears. No one's going anywhere unless she's freed from the conservatorship

Lol I was waiting till somebody tells these folks that. Yeah she has more freedom but that's like a parent letting their child stay up later or get to go out more. On paper, she has no freedom.
