there's been confusion but as far as i know the streams from kimmel didn't count because it was categorized as being "comedy" so i don't  think it'll count sis. there's a chance that i may be wrong tho.

And Carpool Karaoke doesn't count for Make Me streams either because it isn't tagged under music. But it was amazing exposure for the song though.

Yes youtube streams count for single sales, but not for the album.

It feels like there's something going behind the scenes. There has to be.
