Um - I think it's just fan art. There is an artist in Instagram that does lots of drawings in this style and he did Britney.

I HOPE they don't make the hip cut too high,  I guess they wanna male the legs look longer. But she looks best with lower cuts,  like the "kisses" outfit,  and the red one from bbma, just look at the pink glitter outfit if you don't know what I mean but unflattering cuts

Part of me wants her to come out looking like this at least for a start, just because everybody will expect her to be pretty much undressed. That's why she needs to do something else to get the "new" feeling and a bit of shock value.

Ugh..I don't know. I like when she has tight bodysuit with flared legs. A dark bright blue color with lace and stones would look great. Her options are kind of limited though due to all choreo.

With the right hairdo and haircolor (would look great with a cooler tone of blonde), make up, manicure and cool shadecolor around her eyes with a tiny smokey-touch it could work. And ice-blue contacts like the Vma 2007. Like little hint "see Im slaying *******"

Done well, she'll look like piece of art.  not well done - like someone who think cosplay is really trendy still and buy wigs matchy wigs from Ebay.
