I feel like at the beginning she unintentionally tricked the gays into thinking that she will be the next big pop girl like Dua or Ariana, but now after 7 years its clear that she only wanted to appeal to the masses by making the most generic radiofriendly music. So now gays are hating on her, while she never to wanted to appeal to us in the first place
