Wow. I never really considered the lyrics of this song, but now that I've read it, it sounds like it's about JT.
Well, you can think of it as her past guys, not just JT, but it seems to me that it mainly features JT.

Britney and JT referred to each other as 'home'.
And JT gave Britney necklaces as gifts.

This part seems to suggest "Cry Me A River".
If this is the song Britney is saying about herself, she knows JT still wants her, and she doesn't care if he cries over her again, she's just doing what she wants to do.

And at the same time, she describes how her expression and her heart are frozen and mannequin-like as she says this.
I mean, she's saying she doesn't care if she hurts him again. But in reality her heart is numb and she's not in her right state either.

So this is a sad song. I didn't realize that until now.

Yeah I never knew what she was saying in this song. For the longest I was trying to figure out why it was called mannequin when I didn’t even hear that word in the song lol
