We lack the complete context, making it unfair to pass judgment solely based on a caption.

Let's allow her the space to grow and learn from her mistakes. After all, we're not her mothers.

Comments like "She needs to get a job???" are quite amusing. It's interesting how people tend to make assumptions as if they're intimately familiar with her life.

Do any of you actually live with her or work for her? Unless you know her personally and what's going on behind the scenes, it might be best to withhold your judgments.
