I think he knows pretty well if something happens to Brit he will be the first one to blame. So because of that pressure he is making statement without Britney on his side.

Let's assume Britney is too depressed and insecure to make a statement by herself on livestream or go for interview. But then why aren't Britney and sam appearing together? Or why doesn't Britney make this statement with Sam? 

It's clear Britney isn't getting the right help and continues to live an isolated life.

Advocate for Britney has a pertinent view on the whole situation. And I do hope Sam's being sincere. His recent demeanour (blocking his own fans for simply noting a reel was taken months ago) is dubious...

And what's the point of that new TMZ documentary? As AfB points out: "Britney drinks coffee, energy drinks, herbal tea, and sunbathes. That's all they have on her?" Of course, nothing should be done excessively, but how can we be sure of the veracity of such reports? Seems like they (TMZ & co.) are setting the stage... Or maybe TMZ just wants some clicks—haven't they learned anything from 2007? Or maybe they're genuinely concerned about her safety and well-being—if so, is that the best way to help her? Just covering the different possibilities here.

Did you guys even listen to his words? At no point does he call out TMZ. He makes a vague reference to people who she used to work with who took part in the documentary. At the same time, he has TMZ on speed-dial and regularly sets up interviews with them.

This is called playing both sides. Don't you think he knows people are suspicious of him? Of course he is going to make a video like this with the launch of the documentary, to make people think he hasn't been involved.
