Despite what some like to think, Britney was always an incredible actress -- not only in her music but her keen ability to cosplay many avenues through her visuals and performance art. The way she was able to channel so many characters and display such sharp comedic timing was an exceptional gift of hers. Her cues were on point as well. As someone stated above, she would have been an incredible rom-com actress had she decided to pursue more in that route. Maybe from there, she would have dived into different genres and roles. It's just such a shame her acting career stalled and never got the exposure it truly deserved.

I agree. It’s such a shame she stopped pursuing acting after losing Notebook role to Rachel McAdams. If only she keep going. I mean Gaga acting debut is pretty terrible in American Horror Story. Who would’ve known she got a critical acclaim in Star is Born.
