Throwback to MTV Latin America's "Los 100 + Pedidos del 2002"

Back in the day, MTV Latin America used to have these yearly Top 100 countdowns at the end of the year. Supposedly they were based on the daily Top 10 called "Los 10 + Pedidos" which was like the equivalent to TRL, but sometimes the final results wouldn't make much sense.

20 years ago for example, the biggest snubs were Overprotected by Britney Spears, and Linkin Park's Papercut (which landed at 69 despite being #1 in 30 occasions in the Top 10).

So anyways, here's the list of MTV's Top 100 of 2002:

Britney Spears had snatched the #1 position in 2000 with OIDIA, and in 2001 with Stronger, and this year it should've been Overprotected, but Avril Lavigne stole that from her with Complicated At least ILRNR landed at #2

 I remember looking so forward to it every year... just to be completely disappointed. That top 10 in 2002 was pretty cool, though. 

I used to make my own 100 + pedidos list based on what I watched during the year in los 10 + pedidos

Britney slayed MuchMusic lists too! I remember MATM, Toxic, Everytime snatching the #01 (this last was the only song to jump from #10 to #01 in those times and I was shocked and happy) MP & DS also landed #01, Someday toped #03, GM, POM, BTI, W, C, IUSA landed #01.

But as for the topp 100 yearly, there was always a Britney song on the top 10
