If Mariah’s Glitter came out before 9/11 would it have fared better critically and commercially

I love Mariah but 9/11 is just an excuse she and her fans use for Glitter tanking. It would’ve bombed anyway.

Loverboy was a great song and the album wasn't bad. The whole "crazy" thing was overblown and kinda sad. I think it would have been a hit.

I love Mariah and im a lamb and all but I think she should've just released Glitter as a concept album instead of attaching a movie to it.

Glitter is not horrendous but its pretty cheesy and has bad acting.

Even Britney acted better in Crossroads.

However I probably shouldnt say anything since I actually do own the Glitter dvd.

But yeah I DONT hate the movie but it could've been better.

I dont think 9/11 had anything to do with it bombing at the box office,

I still think the movie would've been received the same way HOWEVER

the soundtrack probably would've been more of a hit since its AMAZING!
