There's not one single live vocal in that performance. 

She did the same performance in Europe and the vocals are exactly the same.

Why would she attempt to sing live here then?

(During this performance, her feather boa got stuck in the cable going to her mic-pack)

Audio issue, the lead vocal wasn't playing in the beginning. You can't hear her as her mic is off, she was never supposed to sing live for that performance.
