i think it goes way back. like from the beginning. she says 17 years and that’s like 2014 or so.

She was dropping hints the entire 13 years. Look at her song titles, and the deeper meaning behind all of the visuals.  Womanizer, Circus (making her perform like a show anima), hold it against me, work *****, If U Seek Amy (dirty behind the scenes, perfect for the camera), Make Me). it was all in plain sight. The only way she could speak was through innuendo and double meanings. Britney is much much smarter and more creative than the general public and even fans give her credit for.
