All those years since Mickey Mouse club she was is some sort of conservatorshp ,never had rights to do things on her own, especially related to her career,so she is finally completely free for the first time in her life.

Lol honey she was put in a conship in 2008, and is still in one. Her father is no longer her master. She no longer has to deal with a manipulative family member but she is still legally in a CONservatorship.

well i understand that during the baby era and the oops era, even maybe the britney era, her career was very monitored by her team bc she was new to the scene and she's a pop artist and everything is very controlled - but i think she had more creative control from 03 to 08 than ever. but this is not only about her creative decisions regarding her career, it's about her personal life. she was always free in that aspect until 08.

Anyone have any speculation to what her contract with RCA will be post c-ship? I hope she won't be forced to release anything she doesn't want to.
