It must have been Britney herself that requested that they enlarge her lips like that. Can't imagine anyone else deciding that it looks better that way...

OR someone decided that they were too large in the video, and shrunk them digitally (like they shrunk her body in Gimme More and Work *****, etc.)

You never know
