there will only one tv performance night by Britney and that is pre recorded . The official post also say it will be from Las vegas but not in Nye. They will probably screen her prerecorded performance that she recorded last night.

You don't get it! It's like she has 2 DIFFERENT shows! One for Clark (already recorded) and the other at Planet Hollywood, which is her last one from the residency!

The fact you still don't understand what everyone is trying to tell you  she recorded her performance for the NYE show on TV. She ALSO has her regular POM show in Vegas that night

but what they're saying is that because its NYE there's gonna be a lot of people in the streets, because of the fireworks or I don't know what else, even if they're not all attending the POM show, they have to take extra precaution because there's gonna be a sea of people along the whole strip, they can't take any risk

So she’s taking risk if she stayed in Las Vegas for a few extra hours (8 pm to 2 am) to perform the **** Clark performances live? Is that what you’re trying to say?
