You're wrong with seven. Onlu Her first six albums had their lead singles as the first track. "Hold it against me" was track 2 on "Femme Fatale".

Oh! You counting Work ***** cause it is a buzz single which comes from an unexistent studio album right? There were rumors about a very personal album called Britney Jean but it was never released

I mean it's not a coincidence, usually when they are creating the track list they put the singles high up so people will read them quickly and want to buy the album. Best way to do that - put the 1st single 1st.
