Britney Spears the Cabaret is returning to Melbourne in August.

Essentially this is Christie Whelan Browne telling Britney's life story while singing most of her hits. I took some non-fans to see this a couple of years ago and they loved it. It's pretty hilarious and nicely balances making fun of her and honouring her - whilst also being unexpectedly sad.

If you're in Melbourne and haven't seen this, definitely check it out. It's a great cheap night out.

I would definitely go and watch the show if I could. Looks cool (and fun)
