When will people be able to upload glory songs without it being muted

So basically most of the time if you upload a glory song rn it will get muted because of copyright vevo or Britney's team also decided not to upload glory songs on her yt channel like they did with femme fatale and bj , Idk a lot about copyright but isnt there like a specific time after an album or what ever it is releases that you can start uploading and sharing it?

all i know is her team is so backwards, i actually doubt it'll ever happen. 

they don't know how to market britney spears in 2017, they're still stuck in the early 00s.

ed sheeran did the right thing by releasing his entire album on youtube immediately. ppl were able to share the songs on social media (which is free promo), while he got paid for the streams.

As a private person you can't use copyrighted music, no matter if the label uploaded it on YouTube or vevo.

You can only share the videos with the music that has been uploaded by the label then. 

And yeah not uploading an album officially on YouTube is a bit backwards.

that's not true. you just can't monetize your videos if they contain copyrighted music.

most record labels however do allow fan uploads nowadays and monetize them (youtube content id), just like they do with their own uploads.
