Vocals were terrible, nervous maybe? She did good in many of the bomt perfomances (live 100% ) back then..

Maybe the first televised performance, but she performed at the Mall Hair Zone Tour before, and apparently something called the Y Wing Ding Festival, and "Nickelodeon Takes Over Your School" in 1998.

This video you posted apparently is from 1999, something called Electric Circus.

There's a video that claims this performance is also from 1998 but I'm not sure.

Probably, plus I don't really thing she warms up her voice before singing. And I've always wondered, do girls go through puberty voice change like boys do? Maybe that's a reason as well if that's the case...

Yeah their voice changes, but she sjould have been "done" by that age.  Who knows

Her BOMT performances were so bad haha

I mean, vocally it was good, but the dancing was so stiff. I guess this is the reason why she and her team decided to lipsync so she could do a perfect choreography.
