It's his prerogative, he can choose what he uses his money for. For some people, meeting their fave can be life changing and even help them through mental illnesses or issues they are going through in life.

I have been a Britney fan for 20 years now... I saved up  little pieces of my paychecks for 3 months and now I'm going. I know it's a photo and a hello but that is awesome. 

 

Also...when is britney ever going to have meet and greets... ever again.
