The verses tell a tale of how much she loves someone, (I've been thinking, just sitting thinking on why I love you and all the reasons)
How she does not want to lose them because she'd be empty (if i lost you, boy If I lost you, I'd lose myself and I wouldn't feel the way I feel now)....no matter how hot or cool other guys that come around her are, (I know they're out there, them beautiful men) she only wants him.
It also talks about how she envisions them together (but you my future baby, you my right now) (I've got visions, boy i've got visions of me and you happily just living)...and then she basically says that it shouldn't complicated since the love is there, basically it's a song telling her partner that he needs to trust her because she isn't going anywhere.

it really isn't random at all
