Even Britney said in her 2013 shape magazine interview that her body changed loads during 2009 - 2011. Her hips got wider, fat was really stubborn and she had to work a lot on her thighs and bum to keep it 'up'. Her face definitely changed a LOT during that time too as her eyes were sinking and her nose got bigger. She has had both fixed now though

probably due to meds sadly. Her face changed a lot in 2011 and she aged fast
