Yes, but you have to remember something called inflation, things don't cost the same 8 years later, a 250k budget right now could be like 150k in 2008... I don't care if it's not big budget, they can do an amazing video for even 100k, it just has to be creative and not relying on budget to impress

Oops doesn't surprise me.  It does look pretty high budget.  Renting a huge *** stage to build ALL the sets, then hire the crew, cast, etc. make up...
