Ya'll are just obsessed with the original video, like just move on and Make Me being the charts for that long is barely a flop. Like please, be supportive or stfu.

Radio isn't supporting it, which is the main reason. Promo doesn't help as much anymore and the release of Make Me was so sloppy.

They released Make Me about a month too early... had they released it around the time of the VMAs and released the song with the video, it wouldn't have freefalled as it did on iTunes the first few weeks.
