I just realized that Britney has given us (almost) everything we want this year/era

-A great album (most importantly)

Good vocals. No bullshit vocal doubles or Anthony Preston. Her best in a decade

A BBMA performance (and not pre-recorded from the Axis this time)

Good performances with improved dancing, energy and stage presence

Live vocals (it's something)

A VMA performance

 

Great looks

 

 

 

A snatched body

 

A revamped show

 

 

Great interviews

Great photoshoots

Promotion

A quality lead single (that hit #1 on iTunes, made the Top 20 on Billboard and is about to do it again btw)

An AMAZING commercial featuring a song off Glory

Headlining festivals

Performing outside the US for the first time in 5 years. Lucky UK fans

Britney has been slaying in every aspect this year. And we should be proud of her for that! Things don't always go our way (see: Make Me video) but I'm very grateful for 2016 Britney.  Now she just needs to give us a great video which I'm sure will happen for the next single.

Ya know her performances still might not always be the best and the MM video situation got ****** up, but she is miles better than she was just a few years ago, she's actually promoting again, and she made an amazing album! She's finding her way back, it's only gonna get better from here......I'm sure the next 3 videos will be amazing and just imagine what the next era will be like......I mean if she's this good now she'll be even better next era......it's all about her finding herself/her way again!

I love her for that.. but she needs to start singing live..  There is no more hardocre dancing.. she has to sing! Every basic girl in POP sings live.. Bonnie McKee sings live for **** sakes Tinashe sings live with that hardcore choreos

you're wrong!!! she was at least trying in the past.. there were at least parts of live vocals.. even during epic '01 VMA, even on Circus tour..

10 seconds of live vocals during the Circus tour during ONE date = trying?   YOK was pre-recorded. It doesn't count. And the 2001 VMAs had ZERO live vocals. Do you even know what you're talking about?

She stopped trying to sing live after 2004. And she basically lipped every Britney-ITZ performance except for a couple (mostly Not A Girl/Everytime). Toxic has never gotten a live performance, and neither has Slave minus 10 seconds on Letterman in 2001.

She's not going to sing live. Time to get over it.

I agree she slays hard, but she did not give us "everything". Let's not forget:

• Her worst video, which makes Don't Let Me Be the Last to Know look like a masterpiece
• No live singing, and not even pre-recorded vocals

Imo Glory and BBMA are the highlights of this era. I was not expecting her medley performance to be this good and the album is better than I expected too.
