Cant she have her number 1 next week?

im sure she'll debut at 3 or 2 BUT cant she go number one after the first week?
cuz if im not wrong, that country singer who will get number 1 spot, is supposed to drop to number 4 next week. i think i read it on billboards website.
 

if theres no new album coming out from a big star, we can have our nr1 after the first week ?

I'd be surprised, but I guess it's possible.  There are no big artists releasing next week.
