i think so,the songs have dark side but they looks fun, it's like a rage

It's because they are vibing off of Britney. You can tell Britney enjoyed herself making this album but that's about the work more so than the art. And there is a lot of playfulness in the songs but I agree overall the album does have a strong romantic longing and Melancholy mood.
