HELP! Spotify streaming "problem"?

So, I'm using the Hola vpn chrome thingy and I've set it to the US. I've also changed my country on account settings to the US. Even though I've done all this, they're still playing Swedish commercials... Is something wrong?

I don't think so. I did the same thing and I still hear Greek commercials, but everything says US.
