at this point in the game Britney should be ready enough to go out there and perform. Since beyonce and jay z release something after the vmas you know they might perform too, they are going to get so much press for that and that's how everybody know to buy their album. I would be disappointed if she did not perform at the vmas now that I'm hearing beyonce is dropping an album with her husband.

There's no official announcement of a new Beyonce and Jay-Z album, no official announcement of a performance at the VMA.

We'll start to freaking out when will know the performers and Britney have to be part of them.

Of course they're a huge competition, I haven't seen anyone denying that. If they really release that album, it's gonna be huge.

I really hope she performs, tbh. Idk if many people watch the VMAs, but the media will be talking about the performances, so it would be great publicity.

I honestly don't mind what happens from here on out. The album will sell between 50,000 and 150,000 and nothing we do or say will change that.

Apparently beyonce is choosing not to release on the 26th, but britney debut number 3 without a vma performance so I think she knows better. 

 

Although not not sure a vma performance will let her compete with Barbara or Florida Georgia line but it will help lol

Britney is likely going to perform this year. It would be an epic comeback and it would be stupid not to. But she needs to make it as iconic as all of her last ones, which won't be easy these days since the public is desensitized
