One Band Though, Garbage is perhaps the most underrated and overlooked band from this era. Bond anthems are sung in the perspective of James Bond, but garbage sang it in the perspective of the Villain. So far it's the only time a perspective from the villain is the anthem. Ahh the top song. It's been an anthem for depression and other things. Shirley likes being sad and miserable, but when it rains, that's when she's happy.
