Toxic is not my favorite, it's Break the Ice (Gimme More is great too), but sites like Rolling Stone and Rate Your Music that non-fans vote for, put it as her best song. It's her most critically acclaimed song.

I think the subject of this thread was meant for Britney's work, not her health or personal life. I myself have concerns for her but that is perhaps a discussion that can be had elsewhere.

Yeah I don't think it was that bad, just maybe not the standard that we had come to expect from Britney. Everyone was so used to her being on point and in great shape. The minute she slipped a bit they were on her case.

I am overseas and I remember it being near headline news on national TV. When I look back at it now though I don't really get all the outrage :S

Tbh it's just like one of her tour performances

although I do think it's the reason we got all the sparkly yet skimpy outfits which went on for too long...

Actually it was very bad.  The worst performance of her career at that point. It's only not bad in hindsight because she's a lot worse now..
