It's a mix of both. As a popstar/performer, they think she was great with really good songs, performances, and music videos. As a person, she basically cemented the 'crazy Britney' accusations.

Again, your obsession with Paul has no bounds; I highly doubt other artists are privy to Britney's personal life or care, when they are busy being wrapped up in their own lives.
