Katy, who has a three-year-old daughter named Daisy with fiancé Orlando Bloom, 47, flaunted her jaw-dropping figure in a black cut-out bodysuit which left almost nothing to the imagination and was worn with a metal chastity belt. 

She completed the look with quirky knee-high snake skin boots while co-star Oscar displayed his buff physique in a pair of tight white underwear.

The pair filmed a very raunchy kiss in front of a CGI blue green as the camera moved around them while fans dramatic blew Katie's long dark locks.
