I don't think so, is because the arriving photo is flattering and the high waits pants and white top cover her skin.

The VMAs were in September and her body was like in July.

The only time that i see clear that she lose weight at that era was in January '08:

And we all know everything that was happening at that time. The day of the pink dress she went to court (for divorce or child custody, I don't know now) and that same night it was the day of the ambulance (her mother/family's plan).
