In the Thursday, July 23 episode of the As Not Seen on TV podcast, the eldest Spears sibling stated that his sister "always wanted to get out of" the conservatorship which went into effect in 2008, because of the perceived limitations it placed on her life. "It's very frustrating to have. Whether someone's coming in peace to help or coming in with an attitude, having someone constantly tell you to do something has got to be frustrating," the 43-year-old explained.

 

He added that he's aware people suspect she's being "held against her will in some capacity," but described the conservatorship as "a great thing for our family."

 

"We kind of came together and not everybody agreed with it either; everyone had their own opinion like, maybe we should do it this way or that way," Bryan said of the conservatorship's origins. He is totally team con. Bryan basically confirmed He never tried to help because the c-ship was good for "the family" and according to him Britney needs help for the most basic things, he even mocked her lack of maturity.

I know some fans try to see the positive side with Britney current bizarreland, but everything happening now... we already saw it and we know how it ends. Maybe it won't end exactly like it did back then (c-ship) but something similar? Very possible.

Even if this article is fake news, it's obvious they will use her relationship with that man to get closer and closer. They want to "protect" their "little girl"... money.

Yes, she is the family business and that's why Bryan did not help her although he understood her situation. He doesn't trust her to make common sense decisions with her life and money. He mentioned Britney's bad driving and inability to make hotel reservations in that interview, so small minded.

i truly want to believe that bryan has good intentions and isn't just after her money or trying to get dirt on her or whatever. i do think it's funny that he comments on her shortcomings and her lack of ability to do seemingly "normal" things, as if she hasn't had people do most of those things for her ever since she was a teenager, and on top of that she has been controlled and monitored for most of her life.
