The man in the vidroclearly is not Paul.... Paul is round, fat shape while the man in the video is more fit shape. 

Oh and at the end of the video, I had a glimpse of a man with a professional camera appeared seconds at the suitcases left side.

Whether Paul is there or not doesn't mean he's out of her life, she could be gone without him and be flying right back into his arms.
