Taylor has obviously passed Britney in records, sales etc but I think people dont really know/remember the phenomenon Britney was at her peak. She wasn't just an artist, she was a fabric of pop culture. There's a reason why people put her in the same category as Grace Kelly and Princess DIana as one of the most photographed women of all time.

Taylor is one of the greats for sure. the people shading her are crazy tbh. if you can't even just respect and acknowledge her song writing skills you most likely are just a casual music fan.
