i'm not acting like i am, if that was your interpretation based on my comments, that's your fault. everything i have said about it (britney is FREE, rosengart said there was myth about it, people stated it involves her medical/children's info) is FACT.

i never said i knew that she was  i gave my opinion of what jodi's responsibilities would be given the limited information that we DO have. hence the phrase "glorified assistant" meaning she is NOT an assistant but performs duties that one would, since she had a part in crafting the plan.

It wasn't presented as a team effort, Jodi is the one that did it on her own, whether Britney agreed to it is a different story.

 

Ok i FAQ'd. Jodi did draft the care plan which is understanbdable since she is the one who was dealing with her medical info anyways. Rosengart also drafted a "plan" after her testimony in June. My point in all of this was that the care plan wasn't something deviously made by someone who doesn't want her free like others have said.

You still don't know if Jodi performs duties that an assistant would, had a part in crafting the plan, she was the star is crafting the plan sis.

Yeah, and I've never said it was some devious plan, my point is that none of us know what's actually in it.

One side claims it's a baby c ship and she's being controlled with it, the other side claims Rosengart debunked everything about the care plan, and they pretend to know what's in it. 

Either way we all have no clue.

I think she is still around Britney & I don't like it but if it's Britney's choice ... I find it strange she wanted her weeks after she said "they should be in jail"

Montgomery wishes to circulate the information to the judge and Britney's lawyer Mathew Rosengart, but not to her father Jamie Spears or anyone else.

I don’t know but the “care plan” is absolute trash because she doesn’t really seem any different from the way she was acting in 2019-2020 during her worst years under the c-ship.

The one thing we know is one exists, and it was part of the reason Penny went forward with ending the CON.
