Judge Penny also stated that Tri Star did not act as a fiduciary so she's a manipulative ****.  Why has she not recused herself from this case?  This whole thing is sickening.  Absurd how they've behaved and gotten away with it.

I don’t think Judge Penny cares about Alex Weingarten re-filing a motion to unseal Britney’s medical records that was already denied. 

Judge Penny is being so passive and has not shown any urgency whatsoever on moving this case quicker. 
 

I hope Matt files soon whatever it needs to be filed in order to hold Alex/Jamie in contempt.
